Meet our Academy Committee

Chair of the Academy Committee: Mr Mike Hoad
I was appointed to the Academy Committee in September 2023. I have two daughters at Edenham who have been there since Reception. My day to day role as a Senior Leader in a local secondary school incorporates staffing, finance, curriculum, teaching and learning, and assessment issues; all of which I hope to use to support, and challenge, the school to help the leadership team achieve their goals in the short and long-term.

Mrs Sally Mardling
I was appointed to the Academic Committee in December 2023. I live locally to Edenham, and I retired as a Primary School teacher in July 2023 having taught in Lincolnshire for over 25 years. I have a particular interest in Special Educational Needs and would like to support the school in helping children to achieve their full potential.

Mrs Ann Warren
I was appointed to the Academy Committee in March 2024. I have been a parent and volunteer at the school since 2016 and of my 4 children, 2 are currently at Edenham. I have worked in lots of schools and community groups over the years, as a dance facilitator, and as a LSA in a college for those with disabilities and sensory impairments, as well as being a leader with the Beavers and Cubs. I look forward to using my skills and experience in supporting the school.
